What Livo is
Livo connects property owners with buyers and renters in Indonesia and Uzbekistan. We don't own, sell or rent property ourselves — we provide the marketplace where private owners post listings, search regional inventory, and message each other.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your email secure — anyone with access to it can sign in via the OTP code. One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended.
Posting listings
You're responsible for the accuracy of your listing — type, price, area, location, photos and contact info. Don't post listings you don't own or aren't authorised to advertise. Misleading content gets archived by moderation.
Prohibited content
No discrimination by race, religion, nationality, gender, or family status. No spam, no scams, no contact info in photos meant to bypass the chat. No illegal activity. Violations result in listing or account removal.
Limitation of liability
Livo provides the platform "as is". We can't guarantee any specific deal will close or that posted information is verified. Always view the property in person and validate ownership documents before sending money.
