What we collect
Account email, optional name and phone, listings you post, search and view history, device + locale + country detected from your IP, and analytics events from the app and website. We don't track your activity outside Livo.
How we use it
To run the marketplace — auth, listing matching, in-app messaging, notifications, and abuse moderation. Aggregated analytics inform product decisions. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
Who can see it
Your listings (price, photos, address, phone if provided) are public to anyone browsing Livo. Your email and account history are private. Aggregated data may be shared with statistics partners in non-identifiable form.
Your controls
Edit or delete your listings any time. Archive them to remove from the public catalogue while keeping the record. Delete your account from Settings — your listings, favourites and messages get purged within 30 days.
Data retention
Active account data is kept while your account exists. Auth and activity logs are kept up to 12 months for fraud prevention. Backups roll off after 90 days.
